In Home Behavior Consulting is my most popular service which I’ve been developing and perfecting since I started wholistic canine coach full time in 2008. I work closely with each one of my clients and their animals to implement proven problem solving process. I know you have a busy schedule, so I work around your schedule to customize a plan that suits your lifestyle.
I come to your home and offer one on one, customized class for you and your pet.
We will go over nutrition and how it can affect behavior, dog psychology vs human psychology…yes there is a difference. We will also go over how dogs communicate using energy and body language and how you can learn to change your energy so that your dog sees you as his guide and protector through life.
I will teach you and together we will teach your dog. We will go over the rules of your house, the rules outside, the proper way to walk your dog and why it is so important how changing a few simple things will help you connect with your dog and build trust. Together, we will be working on your dog’s specific behavior issues. This will be an intensive 2 1/2- 3 hour class for you, your family and your dog or dogs. The more you incorporate these techniques into your life, the more they become second nature. In no time, you and your dog will learn to communicate with and trust each other so you can both enjoy the connection, joy and companionship you were hoping for when you first got your dog.

In Home one on one Class
{Tarrant and Surrounding Ft Worth area Counties}
This course teaches first aid techniques to address the most common emergencies that can occur with small and large dogs as well as cats.
This course will train you to notice abnormalities and detect early warning signs in pets. You will also learn essential pre-vet care and life saving techniques for those times when immediate action can make all the difference.
Give you and your pet a one-on-one training session that caters to your specific needs. Behavior Consulting with Dawn is where truly effective training is grounded by developing a detailed understanding and profound connection with the individual animal. This class is filled with practical information and experience using effective training foundation and techniques.
Want to learn about natural, balanced and science-based animal behavior methods while having a good time and getting to know your pet? If your answer is yes, then you should consider my intensive in home class. This class lasts approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. This class focuses on understanding your pet within the context of its blend of attitude, background, personality and how to teach your pet how to fit into your lifestyle. This builds trust, understanding and a bond that lasts a lifetime.
Every dog,every family, every situation is different so there is no way to really know how many sessions your dog will need until we get started. How many will depend largely on your dedication, consistency, and most of all, patience with your dog.
At the end of our session we can discuss follow up classes or packages if you feel you will need more help.
Boarding
For Existing Clients
Want to go on vacation or a work trip and not worry about your pet? They can stay with me and my pack just hanging out like he would at home.
Group Classes
Board & Train
Group classes or Social Meet ups will be starting soon again in Southlake or and other remote locations . Group workshops are also available for rescue groups.
This is only offered paired with the in home one on one class.
We must begin with an in home session so that I may learn more about your concerns, expectations, goals and relationship as well as your commitment to follow through with your pet.
While your pet is with my crew of dogs and me, we will begin teaching manners, socialization, being calm and polite in public, walking well on a leash and so much more.
If your dog has more specific needs or issues we will address those as needed.
For dogs with more serious issues, special arrangements and pricing are available and will be discussed at the original in home session.
This will be followed up with another in home one on one session where we go over everything your pet has learned and make sure you understand your role to continue a wonderful relationship with your pet.
